SHIPPING AND REFUND POLICY
THIS SHIIPPING AND REFUND POLICY (“SHIPPING AND REFUND POLICY”) SETS FORTH THE PROCESS THROUGH WHICH THE SHIPPING AND REFUNDS OF THE PRODUCTS OF O’GREENS CAN BE MADE ON THE WEBSITE/PLATFORM.
We, O’Greens, (“O’Greens”, “Company” “we”, “our” “us”), offer our services and Products to users on our online platform namely “O’Greens” which can be accessed at the link www.o-greens.com (“Platform / Website”), for selling and distributing all-natural, vegan, organic and gluten free Products including but not limited to protein bars, nutrition bars, etc., in various flavours such as coffee, berries, pistachio, moringa, chocolate, orange, or such new flavours as may be introduced by O’Greens from time to time (“Business”) to its consumers globally (hereinafter referred to as the “End Client(s)/ you/You”).
CANCELLATION BY SITE / CUSTOMER
You as a customer can cancel your order anytime within twelve (12) hours for which you have placed an order by calling our customer service. In such a case we will refund any payments already made by you. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.
In no event, will the customer be permitted to cancel an order post confirmation of an order by our team. Our Products are made fresh and have a short shelf life. Consequently, once the order is confirmed it moves into production, which cannot be reversed thereafter.
Since all the Products are fresh produce, once delivered, they cannot be returned in light of the hygiene issues. However, as mentioned above in case of cancellation of orders within twelve (12) hours of placing the order, we will refund any payments already made by you.
The refunds will be processed through the same online mode within seven (7) working days. In the event the payment is made through “cash on delivery / CoD”, You will need to provide us the details of the bank account where the payments can be remitted.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
- Packages are generally dispatched within 48 working hours after receipt of payment and are shipped via reputed national couriers with tracking.
- Boxes are amply sized and your items are well protected.
- Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you during working days between Monday through Saturday: 9am to 7pm (“Working Days”). Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.
- O’Greens may not be able to ship to certain locations since there may be certain legal restrictions in shipping the Products to your location. O’Greens may also not be able to ship to certain locations due to the non-availability of reliable courier partners in your location.
- Cash on Delivery (CoD) may not be offered in certain locations. Availability of CoD depends on the ability of our courier partner servicing your location to accept cash as payment at the time of delivery. Our courier partners have limits on the cash amount payable on delivery depending on the destination and your order value might have exceeded this limit. Please enter your pin code on the product page to check if CoD is available in your location.
The delivery time depends on the Products availability and the destination to which you want the order shipped and the networking of our delivery partners. The delivery times are influenced by product availability, geographic location of your shipping destination and the courier partner’s time-to-deliver in your location.
Domestic Delivery (within India):
The estimated delivery time for the Products to be delivered within India is 2 – 10 Working Days.
International Delivery (outside India):
The estimated delivery time for the Products to be delivered outside India 5-15 Working Days.

There are no hidden charges. You pay only the amount that you see in your order summary at the time of check out. If you see any charges on your credit/debit card for purchases made but you have never created an account or signed up, please check with your family members or business colleagues authorized to make purchases on your behalf. If you’re still unable to recognize the charge, please report the unauthorized purchase within 3 days of the transaction so that we can look into it. In case of a payment failure, please retry ensuring: Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e. account details, billing address, password (for net banking), etc. Kindly also check if your Internet connection has been disrupted in the process.
If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your account within 7 business days. You can email us on email@example.com with your order number for any clarification.
